Green Chutney - My Aaji's recipe





Ingredients

  • approx 7 tbs grated coconut 
  • approx 3 tbs curry leaves
  • approx 3 tbs chopped coriander
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbs Jeera
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • Water - as required



Method


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixer grinder and grind well to form a fine paste. 
  2. Serve with bhajiyas, parathas or as sandwich chutney.
